PHOT 159 | Photographic Lab Practices and PHOT 259 | Advanced Photographic Lab Practices

At the start of the semester, you’ll be instructed to obtain add codes for either PHOT 159 | Photographic Lab Practices and/or PHOT 259 | Advanced Photographic Lab Practices.  Concurrent enrollment in PHOT 159 | Photographic Lab Practices and/or PHOT 259 | Advanced Photographic Lab Practices is highly recommended to secure additional darkroom/digital lab time for film/image processing, printing, and print finishing. This is a one-unit, credit/no credit course offered on Fridays and Saturdays. During the first two weeks of the semester, you must attend one of the lab sections with proof of registration as well as participate in a darkroom orientation in order to receive a lab card to use the darkroom and/or digital lab facilities.

NOTE: If you’re taking more than one course and depending on the above lab workflow, you’ll need to enroll in both PHOT 159 | Photographic Lab Practices and PHOT 259 | Advanced Photographic Lab Practices.
